Due to the coronavirus, we are offering two options to see a provider online:
1. Store and Forward – Send your photos and information and we will respond in 48 hours.
2. Store and Forward PLUS Video Chat with Dr. Lin – After completing your Store and Forward information, you have the option to make an appointment for a virtual video visit. The visits use either Skype or FaceTime.

5. Dr. Lin will create a custom prescription solution.
6. Your custom prescription solution will ship out to you
